PURPOSE

  • Additional space to better further business endeavors at a thriving investment firm and to allow increased capacity for more staff
  • Advantage of new, fully-equipped trading room
  • Better organization and options for furniture and supplies
  • Enjoyment of more natural lighting and warmth
  • Brainstorming “idea board” that has a remote shade to cover confidential information when not in use

PROCESS

  • Fabricated a custom mahogany and glass screen with sliding doors to maximize the interior space for the trading room
  • Divided area of the upstairs suite into two working offices
  • Introduced a clerestory between the new offices to bring in better natural lighting and comfort to the offices
  • Built a custom mahogany and glass screen for the entry of the upstairs offices as it brought more natural light
  • Removed shower in men’s bathroom to accommodate a new stall
